Also, there were mustangs there that were racers that I didn't take a shot of, such as Crazy Horse 2, or Sumthin' Else.

Plus Race #1 from the 1964 Las Vegas races and Race #51 from 1999 Reno races. Both the same airframe: 44-73656. In fact, it was still wearing its Reno race number under the wing.

And Excaliber is the former Queen Bee.

I will prolly get screamed at for this, but this thread made me extremely sad. However, thanks for sharing Ryan; it answered a lot of questions for me [I know I've asked on other occasions 'what happened to Georgia Mae?' or 'what happened to Platinum Plus?' and people just e-shrugged... guess I was asking the wrong ends of the horses ]

Red Bull has no earthly idea what "air racing" is.

I believe Lady B is the former Max Hoffman Boomer.
The Boomer present at GML is a different airframe.

The Wee Willy airframe isn't really the Red Baron, either. Just the data plate, maybe some small parts.

I sure would have loved to see Precious Metal, Voodoo, Cloud Dancer, etc. up for a few fast and low fly-bys on Saturday or Sunday. Perhaps if Strega and Dago Red were there it would have happened. There was a special moment on Saturday evening after the airshow was officially over.....
The sun had just dropped below the horizon in the west, a B-17 landing with it's lights on while several P-51's were waiting to take off.
                            A wonderful experience.

And nobody got a picture. You won't see that sight too often. I wish I could have been there.
