I REALLY wish I could be there, and it saddens me that I cannot.

I will be there in spirit, and will remember him and his family all day Thursday.

Gary was one of the most gracious pilots in the formula hanger...walking up to me this year with his daughter on his shoulders will be the memory I take away for the rest of my life! She shared the photo's of her little pony she had and you could see the sparkle in Dad's eyes watching her.....it was a beautiful moment that I will always have...

I salute all who continue to race at Stead Field. It is chilling and inspiring to witness the daring of those willing to trust one another at such high speeds. Families, racers and fans lose when one perishes. We all lost three fold this year. I ache for those mourning their losses. Please accept this video as a tribute to Gary. I will never fly with a better pilot.

From the days of watching the F1 pilots from 1946 to now Gary was one of the best. Blue Skies & Tailwinds Forever Gary. My prayers with the family & friends,he will be in our hearts forever.
