Bill "Rhino" Rheinschild and "Risky Business," Race 45, enter the Valley of Speed on a wingtip, during the last Air Race of both their racing careers -- fittingly, the Sunday Unlimited Gold of 2002.

"Risky Business" is to be restored back to stock Warbird condition (as of this time of writing...plans can always change).

The duo will make one last appearance on October 5th and 6th, participating in the Unlimited Class demonstration race at Aviation Nation 2002 -- The Nellis AFB Air Show, in Las Vegas, Nevada:

The Jet Class form up on Jeff Turney, flying Capitalist Pig, prior to the start of their first ever Gold Race. Curt Brown finished first and Mary Dilda second, after trading positions all week during the races...and don't fret...she still waxed a number of fannies in the new Class...just not Curt's! Ahhh, but there's always next year:

People pretty much know when they meet Skip Holm that he's the type of guy who'll give you the shirt off his back. Not ironically, people come to Skip quite often and take the shirt off their back to have him sign it for them. This visitor from Japan was thrilled to cast eyes on Skip, let alone meet him and shake his hand, and yes, that shirt in his other hand is one that Skip just signed for him. In broken English, this nice gentleman said:

"Thank you! Thank you! You make me very, very happy!"

One of millions made happy tonight by Skip Holm and the Dago Red Air Racing Team...
