She was loosing coolant through the motor. Cracked liner, or head gasket, or..... Bad deal either way. I guess the old girl didn't want to go back across the ice cap.

If I had just spent the last 50 years under ice, I wouldn't want to go either. The ol' gal has a good memory...

LOL!! Well, she's not gonna race but she will be there this September!



PS.. .don't know if any of you noticed but Rod Lewis was there getting his hands dirty during the engine inspection.

He comes from a "get your hands dirty" family and I can't think of a better person to own the airplanes he's gotten dem hands on!
