Sure hope thats on takeoff and not a landing. :-)

Hacker has left the building...is visiting a guy named "Stan" right now. Don't know how often he'll check in these days.

But that looks like the markings for the 'training squadron' out of SJ.

That's most likely the F-15E Demo Team...they have the new AF insignia on the top of the tail, and use jets from all four SJ squadrons.

That is actually a 335th FS jet, so from one of the combat squadrons at SJ.

Yeah, it was takeoff. You can just barely see the AB plume. JT said he was driving down the ramp in his van when he saw this guy rotate. he stopped, grabbed his camera, and just managed to get the window down when the mudhen was abeam. Sometimes it pays to be lucky.

Wasn't sure if the "Let's Roll" insignia was applied to the demo team or the entire SQ. Hope things are going good for you.
