Nice, got to love the Stockers, wheels in the air on 9" slicks!!

But where the heck are the pics of Ashley Force!!

By the way, how do people react in the stands when you whip the 500 out?

Mixed... The little kids almost say "Look, Dad that man has a telescope"
Guys using something like a basic black 100-300 either think I'm some kinda camera God or an asshole...lol
I'm really surprised they let me in with it, any way it's really too much lens for the drags. I bought Jeff a Sigma 50-500 but compaired to the Canon 100-400 it's a POS, I'm putting it up for sale so I can get another "White" 100-400 one for him so I can get mine back....

              Victor,

Nice shots on the fuelers, it is amazing there is not more blur do to the engine pulse. They kinda pound you right in the chest as they go by, got to wonder what it does to the equipment. Watched the race on TV, not to good fo the Force team, John and Ashley out early.

I bought Jeff a Sigma 50-500 but compaired to the Canon 100-400 it's a POS

What didn't you like about the Bigma? Weight, focus?

Here is one I took with the 50/500 on a D70, 500mm F/10 1/1000, no other PS adjustments. To lazy.

Kauai North Shore last week, lost a little in the conversion to jpeg and downsize to a postable size, just don't work with jpeg enough to know the finer points of raw to jpeg.

How 'bout a 17-600 the same size and weight as a 24-105...

Nice shots Victor, but I agree we want to see Ashley out of the car.
                  No pixels were harmed, honest.
