Thunder Over Reno - Trailer - New Look!!! AWESOME!

I got a really nice Christmas present this year... actually a month early due to the Black Friday sales..

A 37" LCD TV...

OK... So I raved a lot about the hastily thrown together trailer for "Thunder over Reno" that was floating around last year. But.. I'd only seen it on my 15" laptop screen.

On a lark tonight while fooling around with some DVD recording, I ran across the disk with the all too short TOR trailer on it.. I stuck it in my new "upsampling" DVD player, which comes pretty close to achieving true HD with DVD and WOW....

You really only get a small taste of what they produced there at Reno with this trailer....

Oh man..

OH MAN!

And I just saw a movie ad on TV... something like "Reno 911: Miami" or something..

THIS IS GOOD..

THIS IS REALLY GOOD!

Why?

Because, a movie with Reno in the name is going into the theaters!

One small step for Reno.. One giant leap for Reno Air Racing!

Trust me... A lot of the world (Even the USA) never HEARD of Reno!

I grew up there.. I know!

This is cool..

Now.. there's more coming and from what I'm told.. SOON... we should be seeing more "stuff" on the TOR site soon...

Geez.. I get wet just thinking about this movie!

The News-Herald (far East side of Cleveland,Ohio) had a nice write-up on TOR and the Super Corsair. on Monday, January 29, 2007. I don't know if it is on-line but their website is www.News-Herald.com

Lol Wayne. I saw the title of this thread and thought it might be about the long awaited re-worked trailer.

Looks like YouTube removed the copy of the trailer posted there too.

Back in September I heard that the movie would come out in the summer of 2007, but that may have changed by now.

That's fine with me. As long as they do a good job, they can take all the time they need. I've been waiting for a moviwe like this for decades, so I can wait a little longer.
