                There is a P40 going together at Schellville. The last time I saw the hanger open the wing section was looking pretty good. I couldn't see the rest of it, but they are making progress. I'd love to see it fly.

                  The last time I saw the Shellville P-40 THIS is what it looked like... of course that was back in Dec 2004. Jim (rc38pilot) was out that way a few weeks ago and if I remember right he said he had a camera with him. Maybe he will post a photo or two of what it looks like these days.

                    Looks like a really neat restoration. How does the cost of a restoration like that compare to scratch building a similar aircraft (assuming that's even possible).
