unconfirmed loss...female pilot ?

......my neighbor (a"good ole boy"),

claims he saw a bit on the news/tv about the loss of a pilot this past week-end ? Says it was a "well known lady". I cannot find any news as to this incident (if it did occur).

If there was a loss does anyone know of it?
Here is hoping we are all intact.

Pretty sure that what he saw was on CBS' Sunday Morning program...a reflection of an earlier interview with Nancy Lynn. Brought a tear to my eye, for sure.

Wow! I didn't even know about this. I remember she would give flying tips on commercials in between programs on Discovery Wings. She'll be missed.

Very sad! I hadn't heard about this. I also remember her on the discovery wings channel.
