The word is that the blower suffered "minor" problems...
It will be replaced at Stead over the winter. No too expensive, but a big pain in the butt! Cowl off, then prop off, then engine out to stand, then back case open to get to blower, then rinse and repeat...
The Odegaards had a blast and I expect Bob to be back, but anything is possible...
Ironically the big Pratt is easier to get parts for than its more popular "smaller" siblings. It seems that there were lots of them made, and barely any in use today...

Was preasent when they did the first lite-off of the 4360 super corsair 1 (correct ? name)...... real sweet
If i can remember correctly the owner in ( 1985 ish ) bought "in the can" a fresh 4360 for 1,500 or ?????
sorry for all the ????? but it was 20 years ago..... was it Sanders????
