this is how I think it will end up and why.

1) dago red..Dan Martin whats to win bad and he knows mustangs

2)rare bear..proven racer and Ron B.is hungry

3)strega...more questions than answers but I like it anyway

4)sept fury..the dark horse of the field may surprise everyone

5)dreadnaught...just put gas in it and go!!

6)chechmate....can the 2800 stay together ? yes.

7)voodoo...if it only had a race motor......maybe

8)spirit of texas..the fastest of the super stock furies.

9)miss america....should win silver and bump up to gold

10)fury.............steady as she goes.

air ranch special...I hope it makes it this year

wildfire..............that would be cool

I say Strega because Tiger wants it as bad as (or worse then) anyone and Strega is a better airplane than sister-ship Dago (IMHO of course).

Those who have NEVER won????!!!! I will put my check mark next to Dan Martin, 27 years racing and has NEVER had the racer to get it done with, but has made some heads turn with his efforts in a STOCK Mustang. So, given that fact, Mikey Brown will have to wait awhile longer. I like Sven's outcome to the gold race. Works for me. Maybe September Fury should think about puting a Merlin on the nose of that thing. No, Dan is my bet for the smart money! And I think they should keep the red spinner on her, looks cool! Mustangs and Merlins RULE!!!!!!!!!!
