New? I see the article came out in July '05 and it doesn't sound like anything has changed since the story Bill Pearce wrote in July of '04.

I'm not holding my breath to ever see it during my life time.

They have been cutting metal instead just dreaming about a racer ( like I have done ).

                "she ran calling WIIIILLLDFIRE"
                1985, Lake Comanche, Ca.
Surrounded by about 50 Eastern European campers on their first american campout. Up all weekend singing around their campfire, the only song they knew in english was "Wildfire".
Just the first few notes makes my insides churn...

                    Re: New Wildfire Article

I was in my early 20's when I first saw photos of Wildfire being manufactured.
Now I'm in my late 40's and still waitin'. I believe that unlimited speeds have gone up so much since those days that they should start thinking 3350 if they want to be competitive (if the airframe can handle that much "beef", that is).

You missed a chance to treat them to several dozen versus of KUM-BAI-YA. That would have turned the tables for sure. []
