Does it have washout or just aerodynamical twist on the wings ?

Hey Juke, It has a semi gull shape to the wing.

You will see what I mean.

Thanks for the link. That did not answer the question yet.

What is striking is that 100D was a 670 km/h mover in 1939 and Me 109 did not reach that speed until 1945 ( G-14 and K-4 models ).

It had also rearward visibility. Not to mention semi-bubble canopy.
