Every time I see these photos, all I can think of is Kerch saying something like;
"Dammit Steve-O! When I said clip the wings, I didn't mean all of them!"

All joking aside wing incidence mod is what I heard as well.

I keep wondering if they're going to change the radiator scoop to be flush with the bottom of the wing like it is on Strega.
Anyone know if there are advantages to leaving it the way it is?

For whatever it's worth, the scoop on Strega doesn't take into account boundary layer separation. I had a talk with Kerch about that a couple years ago.

Its been talked about in the past. I think it would be really cool to see another scoopless mustang, especially one that has been proven to win with the scoop. It could be a wing incidence mod, it could also be a while we are in there we might as well go scoopless. I highly doubt I'm right, but since it has been openly talked about in the to so distant past, it might be plausible. I can't wait to see what happens here.

Yeah, kind of Dago-ish profile, but not an exact copy. Flush mount lip without the boundary layer splitter.

And the scoop/radiator combo on Strega is essentially a boiler for the amount of water it requires to keep things cool. The stream it leaves behind is needed to keep temps down. Not very efficient.
