Box seats on the ramp

Does anyone remember or know where I can locate the gentlemen that was purchasing block of ten box seats on the ramp for the Reno Air Races and then re selling them indivually?

There may be more than one but a guy named Andy used to do it, not anymore though. We usually have room in our box, if you are interested keep my email ( herbsohn@msn.com) . The deal is normally finalized in April.
