Chuck Hall Reno photos?

Good day gentlemen. I"m writing a story about Chuck Hall airline/test/air racing/warbird/Heritage Flight pilot. The story mostly focuses on his air racing career and I'm seeking any photos ya'll have of Chuck himself and the Mustangs he's raced and permission to use them in the story.

I"m looking for the following Mustangs from the following eras:

Race 5 Miss RJ (1966-1970)
Race 3 Ellis Mustang/Section Eight (1979-1981)
Race 28 Tipsy Too (1983 belly landing)
Race 12 All-American Wonder Boy (1988)
Race 11 Miss America (1988)
Race 55 Pegasus (1990)

Anything you guys can contribute would be appreciated.

Really? I took this information directly from airrace.org results. It says Chuck only qualified All-American Wonder Boy in '88. In the same year he raced Miss America but had four DNFs.

I"m a bit surprised at the lack of responses. There are so many pictures posted here, but nothing has surfaced on these aircraft after nearly 500 views?

I hav a bunch of Section 8 and Tipsy Too but they are slides and I currently have no way to scan them.

Well, I'm not sure 'what' airplane they are referring to. But All American Wonder Boy, Race 12 was a gold and black P-51 Mustang (N9146R) Raced by Roger Wolfe at Reno and Mojave 1971.

Well, I'm not sure 'what' airplane they are referring to. But All American Wonder Boy, Race 12 was a gold and black P-51 Mustang (N9146R) Raced by Roger Wolfe at Reno and Mojave 1971.

Interesting. Thank you. I figured the Reno site would be accurate. I normally use the Reed Kinert books to verify, but my collection only goes up to 1978.

I don't think there are any Kinert books after the 77 edition, at least bound as volumes. Could be wrong!
I use those, plus Tegler's book, plus Larsens's Air Racers (for the early years).

I am just curious about the legality of using pics of Reno in a money making venture such as a magazine article. If one obtains a pic from a person for free and then trys to use the pic in an article without asking permission of RARA, who exactly is "hanging out"?
