    Re: Armstrong is gone

Another legendary figure. They talk of Columbus and how he discovered the "New World"...but Armstrong and Aldrin REALLY went to a new world.

    RIP Neil.......

Who will replace these brave heros?
I think once these people are gone there will be none

                      Bob,

I was thinking the very same thing when I read the news minutes ago.

There will be those who follow in their footsteps. Just imagine getting to be the first to set foot on MARS! That task is gonna take one hell of a hearty and determined soul(s).

I don't know if that person(s) has even been born yet, but his/her time will come.

                          I know what your saying.

                          But

Who flew the first commercial space craft? We know what the company name is. Without a google search I cant think i have ever heard the pilots name, yet that was a huge moment.

                            Mike Melville, then Brian Binnie.

Google not required for this flight trivia junkie.

God bless him. Instead of throwing my vote away this fall on one of two loosers, I was going to write him in for president...now I think I will write in Col. Charles McGee from Tuskeegee.
